Introduction

This an awesome quick and satisfying breakfast when you're short on time or a good post workout add a scoop of whey protein and you are good to go. Depending on how much protein you put in you will be adding about 50-60 more calories. This smoothie is so yummy my 20 month old tasted it and I had to go get her one for herself. This a very kid friendly drink. This an awesome quick and satisfying breakfast when you're short on time or a good post workout add a scoop of whey protein and you are good to go.
