Introduction

A friend gave me this easy cobbler recipe and I have used this for years. You can actually use any fresh fruit, but I would either use naturally sweeter fruit, or you can sweeten it if it's a little more bitter. Just watch the sugar you add! Ingredients

    1 cup low-fat milk (1%)
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1 stick butter
    1 pint blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Melt butter, then mix with the milk, sugar and flour. Spray 12x9" pan with non-stick spray. Pour mixture in pan. Evenly add blueberries to pan (they will sink as it cooks). Bake for about 30 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

Makes 12 servings.
