    • 2 packages active dry yeast
    • 1 cup warm fat free milk
    • 6 tablespoon butter
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 4 cups flour
    • ½ teaspoon salt


Stir yeast into milk; let stand 2 to 3 minutes. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in combined flour and salt alternately with milk mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients and beating well after each addition. Let stand, covered, in a warm place until dough is doubled in size, about 1 hour. Punch down dough.
Drop dough by large spoonfuls into greased 10 inch tube pan Let rise, covered, until dough is double in size, about 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees until browned, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan on ware rack 10 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm.
