Makes 6 1 cup servings Makes 6 1 cup servings

    1 Tablespoon Smart Balance spread
    1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
    1 cans (14 1/2 oz) CampbellsHealthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can or pouch (12 oz) Albacore Tune (packed in water)
    8 oz (dry weight) Whole Grain Elbows
    dash of Worchestershire Sauce
    any other seasonings you want to pump it up


Prepare noodles per package instructions
Place dried onion and margarine in microwave safe dish and cook @50%power for 1 minute
Add soup
Add milk
Add tuna
Mix thoroughly, add seasonings including Worchestershire sause at this time. (I added garlic salt, Mrs dash's seasonings)
Add cooked and drained noodles
Mix thoroughly and top with potato chips which have been crushed

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chips are golden brown
