    Whole Wheat Penne 8 oz
    Ground White Turkey 97% fat free, 8 oz
    Fiber One, 15 gram (ground to breadcrumb consistency)
    Parmesan Grated Cheese, 8 tbsp
    Egg substitute, 4 tbsp
    Spaghetti sauce per 1 cup
    Fat Free Cottage Cheese 113 grams
    Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese 56 grams
    Salt to taste
    dried Onion flakes to taste
    Garlic pepper to taste


1.) Cook pasta accourding to package directions. Meanwhile in a small bowl combine the Fiber One, 4 TBS Parmesan cheese, egg substitute, Onion Flakes, Garlic Pepper and salt. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.
2.) Shape into 1/2 inch balls; place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, or until no longer pink.
3.) Drain pasta. In a small bowl combine meatballs with spaghetti sauce. Spoon half of mixture into a Pyrex baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with half of the pasta, cottage cheese and mozzarella; spinkle with 2 TBS Parmesan. Repeat layers

4.) Cover and bake at 350 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
