    1 cup low-fat yogurt
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 Tbs. dijon mustard
    1 onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced
    Salt & pepper to taste


Heat non stick canola spray in pan. Add onion, garlic to pan. Reduce heat, cook about 3 minutes. Add chicken broth. Whisk in mustard until blended. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Bring sauce to a boil. In a small bowl mix yogurt with 1/3 of hot sauce. Stir into remaining sauce in skillet. Simmer about 1 minute. Pour sauce over chicken or pasta. Nutritional info is for sauce ONLY. Serves 4
