    1 cup light soy milk
    100 grams mixed frozen berries
    1/2 tbsp honey

Directions

    Good simple recipe. Didn't have frozen berries so used fresh ones and added a couple of ice cubes (not too many so it wouldn't be watered down. Also ran out of honey so used 1 tsp. of turbinado sugar. - 4/26/10
