Ingredients

    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1.25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Canola Oil, .25 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)

    OPTIONAL:(not included in nutritional value)
    Raisins, .5 cup
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

Combine All Bran and milk.
Let stand until most of the moisture is taken up.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Add egg and oil to bran mixture and beat well.
Stir in raisins and walnuts.
Mix Together Flour, baking powder,salt, sugar, cinamon and nutmeg.
Add to bran mixture stirring just until combined.
Fill 12 paper lined muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
