    * Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 8 slice (remove)
    * Raisins, .5 cup (not packed) (remove)
    * Milk, nonfat, 4 cup (remove)
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.75 cup (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    * *Splenda, 9 tsp (remove)


Preheat oven to 350 spray a 2 quart casserole with non stick cooking spray. Place bread in casserole; sprinkle with raisins.

In a medium bowl, combine milk, egg substitute, splenda, vanilla, and cinnamon; pour evenly over bread mixture. Bake until a knife, inserted, comes out clean, about 55 minutes. Cool in pan on a rack 10 minutes; serve warm.
