This is an easy side dish to fix for everyday or when you have company. This is an easy side dish to fix for everyday or when you have company.
Number of Servings: 10


    1 can sweet corn
    1 can creamed corn
    1 cup Light Sour Cream
    1 box Jiffy corn bread mix, dry
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar or colby cheese, lite
    4 Tablespoons light butter, melted


Mix corn, light sour cream, and Jiffy corn bread mix together in mixing bowl; add melted butter and mix until well mixed. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Sprinkle light cheese over the top; and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Total cooking time 55 minutes.
