Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen salad shrimp(or regular shrimp without tails)
    1/3 cup frozen shelled edamame
    1 cup baby spinach
    1/2 cup onion, chopped coarsly
    1 cup of success boil-a-bag brown rice, prepared
    2 tbsp ginger dressing(I used Makoto found in the bagged salad section of the store)


Directions

Spray nonstick pan will cooking spray. Saute onion until slightly softened. Add frozen edamame and shrimp and saute until shrimp is pink. Add in one tablespoon of dressing and spinach and saute until the spinach is wilted. Stir in brown rice and remaining on tablespoon of dressing. Saute for an additional two minutes, or until all ingredients are hot and well mixed.
Makes one hearty serving
