Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef - 93%
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    5 medium baby carrots, shredded
    black pepper to taste
    1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 jar Ragu Chunky Tomato Garlic & Onion Sauce

Directions

Brown beef on medium heat with black pepper, onions, bell pepper, and carrots.

Once beef is browned, add diced tomatoes and kidney beans. Cook on Medium heat approx 5 minutes.

Add spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until ready to serve, but not less than 25-30 minutes.
