Introduction

So easy to whip up and easily doubled or tripled for big groups. So easy to whip up and easily doubled or tripled for big groups.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    1 cup sugar free peanut butter
    1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Mix together all ingredients in medium bowl
3. Spoon a little less than 1 Tbsp full and roll into ball before placing onto greased cookie sheet
4. Use fork to make X's onto top of cookie batter
5. Bake 12-14 minutes. Let cool.

Makes about 24 cookies
