Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Celery finely chopped
    1.5 cups Zucchini chopped
    1.5 cups Broccoli chopped
    1 284 G Package of Baby Spinach
    2.5 cups Mushrooms sliced
    2 tsp garlic pre chopped

Directions

Combine first three ingredients in a skillet with the garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes, and then add the mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes and then sprinkle with any seasonings you like. (basil, coriander, onion powder, thyme, rosemary are some suggestions I enjoy). Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on. Then, stir it together when the spinach is shrunken and cook for 5 more minutes. Serves 6. 5.33 ounces per serving.
