    Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), canned, .5 cup
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (no salt added), .25 cup, halves and whole
    Onions, red raw, .25 cup, sliced
    Feta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbled
    *Canola Oil or grape seed oil , 2 tbs
    Cider Vinegar, .5 tbsp
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, .5 tsp
    Maple Syrup, .5 tbsp
    black pepper .5 tsp

Place oranges, cashew nuts, onion, and cheese
Toss well
