Ingredients

    1 Lb Ground beef, extra lean
    1 1/2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 can Beans, black
    1 pckg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)

    Add, if you want:
    Salsa, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream - these of course change the calories

Directions

cook meat
add seasoning mix and can of black beans with juice and corn (rinsed).

You can use this on taco salad or on taco shells!
