Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 5 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Red Potato, 300 grams (remove)
    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

makes 4 servings
cut and dice veggies and chicken thighs
Brown chicken in a large pan; remove and set aside. Next add diced potatoes and cook until farely soft. Add the chicken and rest of veggies and beans and cook util heated through. in separate pan, fry 1 egg at a time, and place it on 1/4 of the chicken mixture. serve each serving with an egg on top. Serving = 1/4 chicken mix +1 egg= YUM!
