    2 c. diced raw potato
    2 c. diced raw carrot
    1/2 c. diced raw onion
    1/2 c. diced raw celery
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    2 cans tuna, drained


1. Combine vegetables in pot, add water, boil 10-15 minutes until cooked.
2. Add soup, tuna and seasoning to vegetables, reduce heat and continue cooking on stove top, or place in casserole and bake at 400 degrees F until bubbling.
Note: Can be topped with breadcrumbs, crispy onions, etc. before baking or serving.
Makes about 8 1-cup servings
