Ingredients

    4 low carb whole wheat tortilla (warmed in microwave)

    6 oz cooked lean steak (flank)

    1 medium onion thinly sliced

    2 cups, sliced fresh mushrooms

    1 small green or red bell pepper

    1 teaspoon olive oil

    2 oz grated reduced fat jack cheese

    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper in olive oil until softened. (Keep warm)

Spray skillet with non-stick spray and cook steak until desired doneness.

Place cheese on top of steak, let it melt

Put 1/4th of meat and cheese mixture and 1/4 of vegetable mixture on each tortilla
