    1/4 c yogurt
    3/4 cup chopped strawberries
    1/4 cup milk
    1 c mashed bananas
    1 T orange juice
    1 c white sugar
    1/2 t vanilla extract
    1/4 t ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/2 t baking soda


1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease pan.
2. Place yogurt, strawberries, milk, bananas and orange juice in blender; puree until smooth. Mix in sugar, mutmeg, and vanilla.
3. In a medium bowl sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir flour mixture to the smoothie mixture until batter is smooth. Pour into pan.
4. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
