    Roasting chicken, cooked and boned
    1 onion chopped
    2 or 3 celery stalkes chopped
    4 red potatoes, chopped
    1 box chicken broth or stock
    4 cups water


comine all ingridients, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 45 min. Serve, allow people to season to taste eg, salt, pepper, hot sauce, garlic salt. Makes 12-15 1 cup servings.
