    3 large eggs
    1 oz. 2% milk
    1 slice turkey breast meat
    1 slice ham
    8 slices of pepperoni
    1/3 c. shredded chedder cheese
    4 slices of toast


Mix eggs and milk in a bowl, adding spices or seasonings as desired. Pour into a preheated, nonstick skillet.

Shred the turkey and ham, and layer over half the egg base in the pan. Lay the slices of pepperoni out evenly over that same half of the base. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the meat ingredients.

When most of the egg mixture is cooked, and the edges firm, gently slide a spatula under the non-filling laden side of the egg, and fold it over.

Toast 4 slices of bread in a toaster or toaster oven. Cut omelet in half, and place on toast, for a protein-packed, portable sandwich version of a tasty omelet!
