    1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
    4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
    4 oz feta cheese
    1 cup chopped onion


Carmelize onion in olive oil. Cook the spinach and squeeze out all the water. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse to a smooth consistency.

Use as a dip with fresh veggies or use to stuff chicken breast or fish filet.

Yields 17 ounces....nutritional facts are per ounce.
