Ingredients

    2 1/2 lbs extra lean Jenni-o Ground Turkey
    1 32oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans of Healthy Request cream of mushroom (you can use any flavor)
    2 Bags of Idahoan Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
    1tbl garlic
    1 1/2 table Rosemary
    2 teas of cumin
    Pepper

Directions

Cook Ground turkey in pan when done add cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables and garlic. Put a lid on and cook until veggies are thawed and warm. Stir frequently. Make the mashed potatoes according to the package. Put pan of turkey mixture into a 9X13 spread mashed potatoes on top evenly. Place in oven at 400* bake until lightly browned about 20 minutes. Serve in 1 cup servings

    Very Good
    I made this today and it was really good! It's a little salty but otherwise it's a very good and inexpensive meal....thanks! - 1/14/10
