Introduction

I really love the BBQ Snack Wrap at McDonald's and decided to try for a healthier version of it. Compared with the Grilled Chicken Version offered by the fast food giant, this recipe has fewer calories, less fat, less sodium, more protein and more fiber. Ingredients

2 - Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
2 tbsp - Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce
    2 tbsp - Water
    0.25 Cup - Shredded Lettuce
0.25 Cup - Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
    0.5 breast - Chicken
Sprinkle of Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning (optional)

Directions

1. Place the 1/2 Chicken Breast on a piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning if desired. Wrap/Fold the foil around the chicken so the juices don't escape (for easier cleanup and self-basting chicken) and bake chicken on 400 degrees until no longer pink.
2. When the chicken is finished baking, slice the 1/2 breast in two. Place one piece in the center of each tortilla.
3. In a small glass or bowl, combine 2 tbsp BBQ with 2 tbsp of water. (This will give the sauce a more dressing-like consistency, as well as reduce the amount of sauce being used, which reduces the amount of calories and sodium you will consume)
4. Drizzle half of the BBQ dressing onto each piece of chicken/tortilla.
5. Sprinkle half of the cheese and half of the lettuce onto each tortilla.
6. Roll up the tortilla. (fold up the tortilla at the base of the chicken, then roll from the side. folding up the bottom first helps reduce ingredients/sauce falling out while you are eating)

Makes 2 wraps.
