Introduction

Great Veggie soup packed with taste, nutrients, fiber and protein. Great Veggie soup packed with taste, nutrients, fiber and protein.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3-4 cups water
    1 15 Oz. Can Red Kidney beans
    1 15 oz. Can Black beans
    1 15 oz. Can pinto beans
    1 10 oz. can Corn
    1 cup carrots
    .5 cup Onion
    1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro or 1 tsp paste
    1 4 oz. can diced green Chile peppers
    2 cubes Boullion - beef or Chicken flavored

Directions

Start with the water and bouillon, carrots and onions. Drain and rinse all the beans, add them along with the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2-4 hours.
