Ingredients

    6 Slices Light Wheat Bread, toasted
    .5 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese, light
    6 Slices pre-cooked bacon
    6 Eggs, beat

Directions

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Cube toasted bread and place in dish. Cut bacon slices into 1 inch pieces. Sprinkle 1/2 of bacon and cheese over bread cubes. Pour 1/2 egg mixture over that. Sprinkle remaining bacon and cheese, then pour remaining egg mixture. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
