Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/4 C fat free chicken broth
    1/2 C balsamic vinegar
    1/3 C chopped onion
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Put in a large zip lock baggie. In a measuring cup, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken; seal bag and refrigerate for 24 hour, turning occasionally. Grill chicken basting with marinade.
Makes 4, 4 oz servings
