    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c instant rice (white or brown)
    13 oz chicken broth (warmed)
    1 can cream of chicken soup


Mix rice, soup and broth and put in a 13x9 baking dish.
Season chicken breast with season salt and pepper.
Put chicken in dish
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour

  • It sounds yummy - will have to substitute the soup and broth for reduced sodium and cut the salt out when seasoning the chicken to help cut down on the sodium. Can't wait to try this! - 1/17/09
