    400 grams Potato, cooked, skin on, cut in quarters
    100 grams Green Beans, cooked
    1 large Hard Boiled Eggs, quartered
    2 packets (300 grams) Huon Hot Smoked Tasmanian Salmon Sweet Chilli Flavour, flaked
    4 serves Mixed Salad Greens
    2 medium Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, cut in pieces
    40 grams Black Olives
    1 cup (or 1 Lebanese) Cucumber (with peel, sliced
    4 tblspn Weight Watcher's Feta, Lemon and Roasted Garlic Dressing


Place each serve of salad greens in individual bowls, divide all other ingredients, except salad dressing, mix salad dressing with a little skim milk to make pourable and pour over salad bowls.
Toss and serve.
