    350 gram salted cheese (such as feta)
    1 plain yogurt
    250 gram phyllo dough


Preheat the oven to 410 F. Crumble the cheese, fold in yogurt, put alternate layers of phyllo dough and cheese in a round mold, the first and the last sheets of dough should be double. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
