CUT TOPS OFF PEPPERS AND EMPTY SEEDS LEAVING THEM HOLLOW.TAKE GROUND TURKEY AND ALL INGREDIENTS AND COOK TILL NICE AND BROWN.ONCE COOKED REMOVE AND STUFF PEPPERS.PUT THEM ON A COOKIE SHEET AND COOK THEM IN OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL PEPPERS ARE COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
