Ingredients

    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Hunt's Ketchup, 2 tbsp
    Hormel original pillow pack pepperoni, 1 serving
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 24 oz
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

Directions

Makes 6 servings
Combine all ingredients except Ketchup. Form into a 9 by 6 loaf and place in slow cooker. Brush with ketchup, cover and cook on low for 5 hours until meat is cooked through.
