    3 cups chicken from rotisserie chicken (amount approx.)
    1 cup salsa
    1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 lime
    2 Tbsp taco seasoning
    10 6-in flour tortillas


Chop or shred chicken and put in medium skillet. Add salsa, taco seasoning and squeeze in lime juice. Add water if necessary to thin a little. Add cheese. Heat through. Warm tortillas. Put a quarter cup of filling in each tortilla and roll, tucking ends in. Placed on sprayed cookie sheet. Spray tops of chimis and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until crisped. Serving size is 2 chimis.
