    All ingredients can be adjusted to your taste!


Marinate sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in olive oil. When ready, quarter brussel sprouts and saute in olive oil/garlic/tomato mix. Pasta can be boiling while the brussel sprouts are being cooked (no more than 10 minutes or they get mushy). Drain pasta and add to brussel sprouts. Saute for a few minutes (to taste) and serve.
