    Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/6 cup
    Olive Oil, 1/6 cup
    Pineapple Juice, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 0.25 cup
    egg white, fresh, 6 large
    Betty Crocker Supermoist French Vanilla Cake Mix, 1 box


Grease muffin tins or use paper liners. Prepare as per box instructions with the following reduced fat substitutions: apple sauce substitutes for part of vegetable oil to make a total of 1/3 cup. Pineapple Juice substitutes for water/milk, with water to 1 1/4 cups. 6 egg whites substitute for 3 eggs. Makes 24 cupcakes.
