Introduction

Found this recipe and thought I would give it a try. I will use regular ingredients for now and then tweek it later to make it more calorie wise. Found this recipe and thought I would give it a try. I will use regular ingredients for now and then tweek it later to make it more calorie wise.

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c flour
    1/4 granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 Tbsp Canola oil
    2 large eggs
    3 ripe average bananas
    1 c. dry oatmeal

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Stir dry ingred's together.
In another bowl mix eggs and oil. Mash banana and add to mixture.
Mix wet and dry ingredients using muffin method.
bake 40 mins and cool on wire rack.
