Great chili to make on a cold day! Great chili to make on a cold day!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 can corn
    1 can white beans
    1 can chickpeas
    1 can kidney beans
    2 cans tomatoes
    2 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder


Put all ingredients into slow cooker. Set on low to cook all day or on high to cook in a couple of hours. Can be eaten as soon as it is warm but tastes better the longer it cooks.
