Ingredients

    1 lb. deer burger
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 cup wheat macaroni noodles
    3 cups water
    8 oz. tomato sauce, no salt added
    15 oz. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar (I used Splenda)
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup 2% shredded cheese

Directions

Brown burger and onion in large skillet. Drain and return to pan. Add all ingredients EXCEPT the macaroni and the cheese. Cover and boil for 2 minutes. Add the macaroni and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until macaroni is cooked. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
Serving = 1 cup.
