    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove)
    Dark chocolate chopped, about 70 calories worth
    unsweet protein powder, 2 serv (100cal)(remove)
    *Splenda, 1/3 cup (remove)
    baking cocoa, unsweet, 3/4 cup


mix together cocoa and protein powder. add in egg substitute. fold in chocolate, split up in 6 microwavable muffin cups sprayed with non-stick spray.

Microwave on high 2.5 minutes; if they are still mushy, give 45 more seconds. don't overcook or they will be dry - less is more!
