    1lb. Brussel Sprouts, cleaned, cut in half
    1T. LIGHT Olive Oil (not extra virgin)
    1 SCANT teaspoon KOSHER Salt


Clean, remove stem and cut brussel sprouts in half. Place in glass bowl.
Add 1T. LIGHT Olive Oil and 1/2t. KOSHER salt.
Toss with your hands.

Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Heat Oven 375.

Place sprouts in a single layer onto the foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crisp.

Serve warm. Tell your kids these are green monster potato chips.

Do NOT serve to anyone that is watching sodium intake........this might be too much.

    I made it today, but i didn't really liked it. Then I tried it with the kids, and they didn't like it either. And of course, it has a lot of salt. - 5/1/08
