    1 lb ground turkey
    1 lb ground chuck
    2 Tbsp fresh parsley
    1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    salt and pepper, to taste


Form 2 TBSP meat into balls and place on sprayed baking sheets. Bat at 400F for 15-20 minutes. Serving size: 3 meatballs
