1 Pound Jennie O Lean Turkey
1 Package of Taco Seasoning (low sodium)
1 Can of Hunts Diced tomatoes with Garlic / Basil and Oregano (Rotel works good too!)
0.50 Cup of Shredded Cheese (lowfat / nonfat)
1 Container of Light Crescent Rolls

Pre Heat Over to 375
Brown Turkey
Once turkey has been browned follow the package directions fo the Taco Seasoning.
While the seasoning is on simmer, add in the tomatoes.
While the turkey is cooking, take a brownie pan and lightly spray it with nonstick spray. Then take the crescent rolls and spread them throughout the pan. (A pie pan works too)
Use 0.25 cup of cheese and layer the bottom of the pan
When the turkey is done, drain as much excess water as you can out of the pan, and then start to fill the brownie pan.
Once all is filled into the pan, sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top and bake in the oven.
Bake Time is 25 Minutes.

** I shred lettuce, add fresh tomoto, black olives and onions to the top of this dish when it is done. **
