1 can cream of mushroom soup (fat free)
1 can cream of celery soup (fat free)
    1 large yellow onion, sliced

place sliced onions in bottom of crock pot and half of each can of undiluted soup. Add pork chops and then cover with remainder of sliced onions and concentrated soup. Put on lid and turn crock pot on to low setting, cook for 6-8 hours until chops flake wih a fork. Onions and soup with pork juices make a delicious gravy for serving with pork chops over rice or pasta. Makes 4 servings.

  • O.K.
This recipe is a good start, however if you make it just like the recipe, it is very bland and really does not taste good. I also added Dijon mustard, 1/2 C cooking wine, tarragon, ground pepper to this. It jazzed it up. I served it with a cranberry compote and baked potato and steamed asparagus - 3/28/10
