    2 eggs
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 cup chopped dates
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ginger


Mix all together except walnuts and dates until well blended. Fold in nuts and dates. Pour into two loaf pans. Bake at 350˚ for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 2 standard loaves, 12 servings each.
