    1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken soup (I use the 98% Fat Free)
    1/2 bag of frozen mixed Veggies
    1 1/2 large whole boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
    2 9" pie crusts
    salt & pepper


Preheat oven to 350ยช
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and saute (I use PAM) until no pink is showing on the outside (it does not need to be cooked through on the inside). I usually add my salt and pepper (I also add some cayenne for a little heat) while I am sauteing. I n one bowl mix the soup (undiluted), veggies and chicken. Fill the pie with the chicken mixture and cover with other crust. Make a few slits in the top crust. Bake for 40 minutes or until crust is golden and inside is bubbling. Makes 8 slices. Stays to together a little better if it can cool for a bit. I make my own pie crust so that ups the calorie count in this recipe. There are lower calorie choices out there as far as crusts are concerned! Experiment!
