Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Large Eggs
    1 Slice of American Cheese
2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread

Directions

First, scramble your eggs. Then spread butter on one side of each of your pieces of bread. Set one piece of bread in a skillet butter side down with heat on medium-high heat. Add your scrambled eggs and cheese on top of the slice and then place your second buttered slice on top with butter side up. Allow the one side of the bread to brown, but don't let it burn. Flip the sandwich so the other side can toast. If you want a more compact sandwich you can press the sandwich flat while the other side is cooking. After both sides are browned and cheese is melted take off of heat and enjoy!!!
