    1.5 cups 1% milk
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 tbsp ground flax seed


Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Fold in the blueberries last. Cook on a waffle iron.
