Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 1 lb
    Elbow Macaroni, 8 oz
    Marinara Sauce, 3 cup
    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup
    Italian seasoning

Directions

Brown turkey with Italian seasonings. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Mix turkey, macaroni, cottage cheese and marinara sauce in a casserole dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    This was a pretty good meal. The family liked it a lot. Beware, the turkey gives it a bit of an odd texture. You may want to bake for 10-12 minutes before adding the mozzarella cheese so that it does not burn and then cook a tad longer for a better texture. - 2/3/09
