Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup of Onions, raw
    1 cup of Broccoli, fresh
    1 cup of Carrots, raw
    2 Pre-cooked diced Chicken Breast
    1 Tbsp Pepper, black
    1 Tbsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Parsley, dried
    10 cups ofWater, tap
    2 cups Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    1 Tbs Flour, white

Directions

Boil the water in large saucepan.
Add salt, pepper, onion salt, parsley, and sugar.
Add onions, carrots, pre-cooked chicken, and rice.
Cook until carrots are tender.
Then add broccoli and continue to simmer.

In a separate glass add 3/4 cup of warm water with 1 Tsb self-rising flour and mix with fork. Pour in soup to thicken.

Add 1/2 cup of skim milk to soup. Let soup thicken and cool before serving. Enjoy!!!
